My Father, My Hero

My husband is deploying next week for 6 months, so I made this layout to hang up in my son's room, so he can see Daddy's picture all the time. I'm not sure what's worse; being left alone in the states during a deployment or being left alone in a foreign country during a deployment. I guess I shall find out soon enough. I'm really happy the way this layout turned out because I haven't done one in awhile. I had a vision in my head and it turned out pretty much like I wanted it to.

 The files I used for this layout are the title, My Father My Hero, Stackables and Element Me This, from Scraptastical Kreations. The Element Me This file is really one of my favorites because I just LOVE the banners and it comes with soooo many other elements too. The stackables is a neat file too because there are other shapes that come in this file as well. I used some zots to make them really pop out. Such a fun file!
