I want to share a mini album I made for my husband. It was meant for Father's Day, but I kept adding to it and changing things...sooo, ummm, yeah. I just sent it to him last week. He doesn't have to know it was intended for that holiday way back in June! LOL! This was inspired by a video I saw on YouTube and you can check it out
HERE. There are TONS of videos on YouTube with great ideas. Perfect place for some inspiration if you need to get your mojo going!
The album is made from business sized envelopes. The way it is constructed makes lots of cute little pockets to decorate! In some of the pockets, I put some quotes and in others I included more pictures. Lots of little surprises hiding on every page. I don't think my hubby has ever seen anything like this before, so I'm sure he will be surprised. I hope he likes it. This page shows a picture of my little one in his Virginia Tech outfit the day we brought him home from the hospital!

This is what is looks like spread out. The pull tabs have more pics!

You can see the larger pull out tabs in this picture. I used my Stampin' Up tag punch and used the scrap pieces of paper that I used on the album to make them. I also used sturdy cardstock paper for the pull tabs. If you have never tried to make one of these albums, I highly suggest trying one. I think I might make a few for Christmas presents. They are so easy and fun to make! This is the second one I made and it won't be the last!
What an awesome keepsake! I'm sure hubby appreciated it...even if it was a little late ;)
