Just keep pinning, just keep pinning....this is what I hum to myself as I'm pinning away, you know in Finding Nemo, Dory sings just keep swimming. That's where I got it from =) Pinterest is my newest addiction, but it's a good thing. No more bookmarking all these neat things I see on the internet. Now I have an organized way to document all my future projects! Yay!!
Every two weeks I will attempt to recreate some thing that I have pinned! This is great motivation to actually do something and not such pin. I actually have a few projects going, some really cute things for my classroom but I haven't finished those yet. So, I started out with something a little easier to finish for this deadline, the other ones will take awhile and I'll post those two weeks from now. They HAVE to be finished by then because school starts soon!!
I think we all have atleast ONE of those plastic 3 bin storage on wheels, right? Well, I just happened to have bought a new one to use for my scrapbooking and cardmaking supplies in an attempt to get it organized. My scraproom is getting just a little bit out of control and I need to do a better job organizing everything. So, I loved the idea that I saw of decorating these storage drawers. You can take a peek where I got the idea here. It was super easy once I got the paper measured out for the drawers. I had some cute paper that I got at the Dollar Tree that I used. It was so quick and easy that I grabbed the smaller drawer set that I already had to house some of my stamps. I dumped the contents of the drawers on the couch and went to town!! LOVE, love, love the way they turned out, really spruces them up. I can see doing these for the ones the kids have in their closets and some with Christmas paper for storing ornaments or fragile things that I don't pack up with the rest of the Christmas Decor. I think I might make one for Fall too! I'm sure I can find somewhere to put them, either in the shed or garage. This was a great, quick and easy project!
LOVE this!! Definitely makes the storage bin cuter!! You did a great job Shana! Can't wait to see what you do next. So glad you're playing along with us!
