Day 7 365
One of my New Year's Resolutions is to lose weight. I'm still carrying around so much baby fat after two months and I really want it gone! So my plan is to lose 40 pounds by the summer.
My friend has lost 75 pounds doing the Atkins diet so I was inspired and that was my plan. I tried to start Friday, but failed miserably and have continued to do so. I think between being so tired and stressed, food is really comforting to me. So I took this picture of the total gym, eliptical and weights sitting in the garage, unused. I had vowed to start using them New Year's Day. Hummmm, maybe starting Monday. Did I mention my other resolution was to stop procrastinating....
